1. Stop when emotionally charged to high levels.
2. Become aware of your HIP. Your Human Interaction Process. We sense, we think, we feel, we Intend, then we act. It"s our interaction process. What did you see or hear. What were your thoughts about what you saw and heard. What feelings or emotions were triggered.
